How does it work?
The Living Wills Service based at our Sheffield office is designed to be a streamlined and efficient way for professional connections and individuals, to secure a Living Will which is both legally valid and enforceable. Whilst it can be achieved by post, email and telephone, it also aims to be as personal and as effective as other more traditional means of service delivery. A bespoke one-to-one meeting based approach is also available.
We aim to ensure that the same solicitor deals with the transaction from start to finish. The solicitor dealing with the transaction can be contacted direct to provide first hand quality advice, as and when it is needed.
This level of service is often difficult to obtain. When you use our services you are not on a conveyor belt. You are treated as an individual.
What if we are ever unhappy about something?
If there is anything that you are not entirely happy with then you should feel free to tell us. We are receptive to the need to make changes and are always seeking to make improvements to the services we offer.
